Welcome to Aureon AI LLC ("Aureon AI," "we," "our," "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of our services, including AI receptionists, chatbots, AI web development, custom AI workflows, integrations, AI phone callers, AI personal assistants, and AI team assistants (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.
Our Services are available to both businesses and individuals. By using our Services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.
At this time, Aureon AI does not provide client logins or self-service accounts. Access to Services is managed directly by Aureon AI administrators.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any access granted to their systems (e.g., integrations, workflows) is properly authorized.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payment is not received or if Services are used for illegal or abusive purposes.
Services may be billed as one-time builds or recurring subscriptions.
No Refunds: All payments are final.
Cancellations: Clients may cancel at any time; cancellations of subscriptions take effect immediately unless otherwise agreed in a contract.
Non-Payment: Late payments may result in fees. If payment is not received, Services will be suspended or terminated.
Aureon AI does not maintain permanent client accounts. Data access and storage are managed by our administrators solely to provide the Services.
We may store call logs, chat transcripts, and related records for as long as necessary to provide Services to the client.
Aureon AI does not share client data with unauthorized third parties.
Clients remain responsible for their own system data and compliance with applicable data protection laws.
Custom Builds: Aureon AI retains rights to the underlying technology, templates, and workflows created. Clients receive a license to use deliverables as part of their Service but do not own the underlying intellectual property.
AI Outputs: Aureon AI is not responsible for the content generated by AI systems. Clients are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
AI systems may experience downtime due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues. Aureon AI will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly.
Disclaimer: The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Aureon AI makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureon AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.
Clients may terminate Services at any time. Subscriptions end immediately upon cancellation unless otherwise provided in a signed contract.
Aureon AI may terminate or suspend Services immediately for misuse, illegal activity, or non-payment.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Before pursuing legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith.
Aureon AI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
